We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no cost.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
