Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is on its way.
Please note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Due to the nature of our handmade remedies and health products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll happily make it right.
To request a replacement or refund, please email us at info@homeopathicsbynature.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. -
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no cost.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.
No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
